The PCB that receives the 5V power is the one with the resistor. The second one, which gets its power from the ground pin of the first, does not have a resistor on it and its power input pin is the AR pin (After-Resistor). This uses a method of sliding in the camera. Generally, this is the recommended mounting method as it generally requires no glue.
